I agree with you, was in Wallymart one afternoon and this broad in front of me talks on her cell the whole time we are in the line up, can't think of anything more rude. As fer the dame you encountered, make the pass and just as you are about to go around her, clip the left side of her bumper with your right corner, floor it and keep going, you can watch her hitting the ditch in your rear view mirror..that's exactly what she deserves, and she will hit the ditch because she only has one hand on the wheel
