I work for the Air Force and they buy (actually lease from GSA) trucks such as you are seeking by the hundreds every year. All the trucks we have (including the panel trucks used on the flightline) have AC, stereo radios and power steering. They all have automatics also, but that is because most GI's have never driven a standard before and the military got tired of putting in clutches. They started buying them with the extra options seven or eight years ago because the manufacturers started charging extra to leave them off. No one buys a vehicle anymore without at least the basic options evidently.
