JustGrin and Bear it.For the greater part of my lifetime I had been training young fellows who had little knowledge except that from books.Most came from Maritime Academy or College.After several years I started reminding my assisants and fellow workers that we all had to be young (once ).Those whose Dads were Attorneys,Doctors or Accountants,usually progressed later than the guys whose Dads were Pipefighters,welders or mechanics of some trade,usually were at an advantage.Your boy is blessed in that respect.I will bet he'll do well.
