I was born in 1942. I grew up on the farm. Dad started me out with the AC Model M crawler pulling the spring tooth harrow.Seams like there was always something to fix, this got me interested in mechanical things. I joined the Navy in 64, and was a aircraft mechanic. Got out in 68. Dad had stopped farming about this time, and just did custom discing for others. I took over Dad's business when he was no longer able to continue. I worked nights, and was able to do my tractor work during the day. I retired a couple months ago. I still use some of his old equipement, but have added a few rubber tired tractors just for mowing. My old tractors are not good looking just old working tractors. I also have my Indian Motorcycles to keep me busy. Stan in calif
