I just purchased a 5203 and like it very well so far. From all the research I have done these appear to be very reliable and dependable tractors. The Deere dealers say they have very litle problems with them and they have sold tons of these in the last three years or so that they have been out. I was somewhat afraid of the 5000 series because of some of the stories I had heard about some of the early ones that had problems. I have a neighbor that has a 5300 that has been beat up and has about 3500 hours and has given very little problems.
