Allan I think you can get a a so called 3 way valve. This is specially designed to work on single acting cylinders. Plumb one line form the valve to the base of the cylinder. One thing to think about, when you buy a valve, make sure it has a large enough flow rating to handle the GPM that PTO pump puts out. If you want it real slick, get a valve that uses a joystick. This frees up a lot of room in the cab. My two cents. John
