On a new portion of divided highway, going 65+ mph was an old ford truck pulling a car hauler with a smallish 4 door junky looking car on it. There were 2 of the yellow straps in plain site. They were holding the second junky car that was stacked on top of the first one. One strap across the hood and one across the trunk going down to the trailer. No straps, chains or other load holding devices could be seen. I'm not ruling out double stick tape or old bubble gum under the tires, just couldn't see any... I can only imagine the excitement if he had an emergency stop for a bus load of orphans and nuns. jb
