Oliver Hart Parr

Im looking at an Old Oliver Hart Parr. Im guessing early 30's. It is pretty rough. No cover over the exhaust. The only good thing is it is complete. I cant decide if I should keep it, Put it on ebay, part it out, or run away. It is only 2 blocks from my shop. If you email me I can send larger photos or you may be able to blow these up.
