Here there is a Zero Tolarance for under age 21 blood alcohol. Driver was just under 0.8 which is leagally intoxicated for persons 21 or older. 17 Years old, will most likely be charged with Intoxicated use of a Motor vehicle causing death, a 15 to 20 year felony. The trooper told me today that if she had her seat belt on she would probably still be here today, please teach your kids to buckle up and if they need a ride CALL MOM OR DAD FOR A RIDE
