I only pull over when there is a place solid enough to hold me....
I made the mistake of pulling over 2 or 3 times.... and got stuck made bigger mess than if they had to pass me! DO NOT pull over unless its safe for you as your load and equipment are probably worth as much or more than the cars running behind you. Just be as curtious as possible when you can when you cant be then you dont really have to.
