Go to the police head office and talk with the top cop. Tell him you want to press charges. Even if they brought the vandals in to question would probably scare the daylights out of them. What do their parents seem like? Responsible parents would clear it up and pay for damages. If not that's probably where the kids get it from. A friend of mine once had some stuck up woman in a lincoln open her door into his old rusty beater. He said "You didn't need to do that" she just stuck her head up and said "I'm in a hurry". When she came back out, she had to call a tow truck. He not only let the air out of her tires, he through away the valve cores. Didn't wreck her car and was a little harsh but I bet that woman was bitching to her husband for weeks. That's probably where her money came from. Most working woman are pretty reasonable.
