OT vents for building

I have a 50 by 80 Arch Style U S Building ( metal quonset style). It needs to get some air moving inside, moisture hangs on everything and rust is a problem. Would a vent in each end do the job or do I need vents in roof? If roof vents, Do you mount them in the valley or on the ridge? It has a strip of angle iron running length of building on top to keep arches spaced, Can roof vents be off to the side or would I have to cut vent and mount around angle iron. When I put up building, I said I wanted vents and salesman wouldn't even give me a price, said they were too high priced and to go to Menard's or Home Depot and buy them there. Problem is, they are all made for flat roofs, not for arches, so I have to make something to fit them. Does anyone have a building like this any what did you do? Thanks in advance, Chris
