You could make a sheet metal deflector on a hinge to go on the side by the hyd. levers. When closed it would help defrost the windshield because it would force more air out the front. Open it up and it could direct air to the middle. You should leave the valve all the way open and just turn the heater off after it warms up. It is always better to have more heat than not enough. Looks like a good location. Dave
