To me the main thing to think about is wether your wanting to restore the tractor as completely origional and it's not gonna be run alot or wether your restoring it to actually use. If you want totally origional then the MS is gonna be the way to go and you'll just have to live with it not running perfectly all the time til you can get it "right", if your even worried about that. I get the impression though your wanting it to use, not just show, and in that case I'd say definately update and go with the Zenith, but put the old MS away in a box for future consideration. The main thing, to me, is the Zenith is gonna be alot easier to find parts both now and in the future when it needs a rebuid than the MS. Just my .02
