Howdy....I too could not find a radiator cap for my Hobart welder..A buddy of mine has a radiator shop and a creative mind...He took off the original neck , soldered a piece of flat brass to the top of the radiator with a hole in it to fit a modern size radiator neck and low pressure cap...Works great...Good to hear you rebuilt the Jeep motor...I'm tickled with mine..People that hear it are amazed how smooth it runs plus quiet with a full exhaust system on it..I've got mine mounted behind the cab of my F-600 sitting crossways between the cab and utility body.. I mounted it on channels with tapered rollers so it self centers in the channels..I flip up a hinged retaining bar and pull the welder out the side of the truck. It makes it easy to service and I put a stop bolt on it so it won't go too far and end up on the ground....
