Are you talking about a hammer mill or burr mill grinder? The hammer mill will grind both. You use different size screens for size of final product. The burr mill will grind cob corn if it has the cob crushers ahead of the burrs. You vary the size of product by adjusting the closeness of the burrs. Have used both.
