As I believe that a person may enter into a legally binding contract by their actions, those not necessarily being just an oral or signed agreement, here is what I want to try. Have an attorney draw up an agreement which will be posted at the proper intervals along my property and legally conforming in all ways to what is necessary for “No Hunting or Trespassing” signage. The language will spell out that the act of entering the property obligates any trespasser, who does enter the property to pay a stated amount (could be taxes due on the property for that year.). Other obligations spelled out in the agreement if the people resist payment would be attorney’s and collection fees.
