As the others allude the most difficult part not eating for 24 hours and dosing up laxative – it’s gawd awful tasting stuff! My wife however suggested tossing into the back of your throat then immediately chasing it with a few ounces of ginger ale – can hardly taste it then. The exam itself is easy and painless. And the exams DO save lives! I have several friends and relatives who’ve had problems detected early and eliminated of as a result of colonoscopies.
