I think I gave you all the BD144 specs you need. However, there's an IH Blue Ribbon service manual for sale, right now on Ebay - in Canada - for $15 outright. It's for an IH B275 diesel tractor - but it uses the same BD144 British-Indian Mahindra engine as your's. Ebay item #290036515224
The guy says he'll ship to Canada or US for $6.
Also - there's an IT manual for the same - so far at $7 - item #260056080961 .
