Maybe I should not have sold my SM, I still have a Super H and an M will that work!! Mine are one of the two types of calcium based types, that is interesting that you increased your calcium. This past summer I doubled up on my cranberry pills and within days I passed several large stones so I thought I was pretty well cleaned out up until this past week. I can put things off for a long time and stick it out and be stubborn,wife says I have a high pain tolerance compared to most of her patients... but man kidney stones..NO WAY....thought I was just week thinkin about crawling to get the 12 ga..no way to get comfortable at alll...Thanks, Jim
