I had a 1992 Tempo with a 2.3 once. It was handed to me when my F-I-L died. No one else in the family needed it. It had 105K on it at the time. I used it as a commuter for several years. Finally when it stopped with 175K on the odometer when Bambi's father jumped in front of it one dark winter's night. It was a good car for me. The only problem I ever had was the harmonic balancer came apart. That was about a $300 repair.
