-30c this morning near Edmonton, Alberta!!! I forgot to plug my truck in last night but was surprised to find out she would start this morning. Had to cycle the glow plugs for a couple of minutes (its a 2000 F350 w/ the 7.3l) I thought the neighbours might call the fire dept with all the black smoke I was belching and the racket the engine was making. But I was pleasantly surprised last weekend when my little B414 diesel fired up at -25c. I plugged in the circulating heater for an hour and lit the glow plugs for 1 minute and she fired right up!
