we have an old bronco that we plow with. i use a piece of 2" pvc plastic pipe split down the length with a skilsaw, make it long enough to cover the whole blade. slip it over the cutting edge so the blade slides on it and bolt it in a few places. it slides along gravel or dirt real nice and wont dig in. if you need the blade to cut ice chunks ect, just slide the pipe back off. works good and its cheap!!!
