I like you have been hoping they would by-pass me. I have two dozen or so 20 inch and up, very tall and very straight. They got in to them this year and I"m sick. Will probably have them sawn into board stock. There isn"t much market for ash even though it"s similiar to oak in looks and hardness. Stains up nicely. So I"ll have a small mountain of boards that I can"t bear to burn in the woodstove, but probably will have a tough time selling. A while back there was a post on this board that had a link to a product by Bayer that you pour around the base. I did the math and it would have been a small fortune for me to try it. It wasn"t known just how effective it is on large trees. Good luck, Gus
