If you are looking at the new Powerbook Pro's, it's no longer the G4, it's going to be the Intel Core 2 Duo processor. It will have VGA out with an included adaptor, and fireware of course as they came out with it. The SD card inputs, you'd have to check on, they have something called an ExpressCard slot, but not sure if that's the same or not. You don't mean the little SD memory cards in digital cameras do you? http://www.apple.com/macbookpro/specs.html I have not used these new ones as mine is a 6 year old Titanium, and keeps humming along. But you should find it to be a great machine. I would highly recomend a Mac.
