rear differential axle cover plate ford F600 1968

this in not exactly a "tractor" but it is old. got this dump truck recently and someone had removed the cover "plate" off the rear end. I imagine it has a bad bearing somewhere in the rearend cause no idiot would remove that cover for the fun of it. I would like to get the bolts too if possible. Rear axle is F3K cover plate has 12 holes and would measure 15 1/4 inchs across centerline of 6 holes. this part was problaby used on other year fords and maybe other make rearend of that time. help. anybody got one or know a source???? cant tell manufacturer of rearend yet.
