Never heard of any one being baned. They may be, no I am sure, they are over loaded this week. Are they in the North West where all the power lines are down? No reason why it shouldn't let you register as a new name/password. Suggestions are to do the usual things with password--are your CAP key on? Did you use the right login name? etc. I have a "code" book cause I have so many password.. if Mozilla did not remember them, I would have to look them up a dozen times a day.
