Just the truck itself 10mpg will be normal. If you need that much power buy diesel will cost more per gallon but will get you better milage and alot better durability. Price an injector on a v 10 as well, I cant remember exaclty but one was in the shop I used to work at injector problem and I think if i remember right it was around 300 bucks for an injector x10
