My '37 WC has F&H rims like that. They are a very deep drop center, about 9 inches wide. From your picture, mine are identical regarding the deep center. Normal tire for that is a 13x24- old size marking. That would be a 14.9x24 new size marking. What your store recommended was actually an 11-24 old size tire. Didn't know what he was talking about if he went smaller in new size than what the old size was. I needed a replacement this summer and found a used that almost matched the tire on the other side. New are still available, MN dealer had some in stock this summer, also used at Biewer's Salvage in Barnesville, MN.
