Sounds like the fuel line is blocked and not letting enough gas get to the carb. Remove the plug on the bottom of the bowl on the carb and there should be a steady, full flow for more then a few seconds. Remove the line from the tank and blow it out, check the screen(s) in the sediment bowl and most carbs have one in the elbow in the carb where the line connnects. Donovan from Wisconsin
