Sounds like you might have rhumatoid arthritis. A blood test will find it and medicine now might keep it from getting worse. I was 49 when they found mine 22 years ago and I think I had it quite a while before that. Meds have never made all my pain go away but I've been able to work. Try glucosamine. It has helped me. Concentrated cherry juice also.
