Junk food,sodas and not drinking enough water as in pure water will all cause poor overall health and stiffness. One's attitude on life has a lot to do with things.I'm 54 and look foraward to each and every day even though I had a knee operation a couple years ago I feel pretty good and put in daylight to dark days on my farm.Also getting a good nights sleep is important. Smoking, drugs and alcohol are also bad for long term good health.
