I love this web site. Free tractor advice, marital assistance, good comraderie and even health consultation. Well, let me add my two. It never ceases to amaze me how much better I feel after I started walking five years ago. About three times a week I will walk 3-4 miles, briskly not strolling. It gets your heart rate up, respiration, clears your head and limbers up the back and joints. I highly recommend it for anyone to improve aches and pains, boost mental acuity, lose weight (!), reduce depression and generally feel better about life and yourself. It costs nothing, requires no special clothing other than a good pair of shoes and can be done in almost any weather or time of day. Try it for a month and see if you don't feel much better. Good luck, compadre.
