The Cummins ISB 5.9 is pretty common, you should be able to get the engine serial number off the timing cover and take that to a Cummins shop, such as Cummins Mid-South around me, for the part. I work at a Freightliner dealer and that engine is used in alot of the panel vans you see running around for bakeries and uniform companies. Most Freightliner dealers are Cummins certified for parts and repair, they shouldn't have a problem getting an ENGINE part as long as you have the engine serial number. They won't be able to help on Dodge parts for the rest of the truck.
