Brands do not matter as much (except those that just look like implements but ar made from soft scrap metal) The key is bearings, and bearing protection. Older IH had ribbed bushings that were slow to wear out, but did so and get looser and higher in friction as they wear. I like well guarded and sealed deep groove relubable ball bearing equipped harrows. The best chassis grease I have found is Ford specification Graphite based cartridge grease. It is black, and stringy. The Molebdnum Disulfide based greases are also great. JimN
