That reminds me of the time I was at a jam session one Sunday afternoon somewhere in some town in Montana. There was this fellow who had a big yellow bull fiddle and it was really quite the novelty in that little town. Everyone was just raving about how well he could play that darned standup bass. I sat there listening to him thumping on that thing and he never hit a correct note all afternoon. I think it was there and then I realized how "fickle" the public really is. :>) Allan
