Well there are two kind of Breakfast....
The ones that is good for you.....
And the ones that are good to you... Good for you is things like: Straw berries bannans lean turkey Low Sodium V8 juice, egg whites boiled, freshly squeesed Orange juice.... Good to you: is like waffels, Pnacakes, susage, scambled eggs biskuits, Toast and Jelly, syrup Bacon, Hash browns, Whole Milk... I Love the good for you but need the good to me...
