yes i do have a two stage clutch,try what you said and pto stops with clutch fully down.used the tractor about 2hours today with no trouble.i did slip the clutch in hi gear for short time.thinking may some grease or something was on it.can you adjust clutch or do you have to have a pressure gage to do that.
