Use PL-200 foam compatible adheasive. The insulation I would choose is called tuff R and is a composite of Polyisocyanurate, and carbon. Other Isocyanurate foams are also good some have fiberglass imbedded to add strength. Fiberglass will not be as tough, it shreds, and is easily beat up by people and mice. The Iso cyanurate is also flame rated better than styrene (by a wide margin. JimN
