The EPA gas mileage figures are OK FOR COMPARISON, but keep in mind they're "determined" under the best possible (unreal) conditions: Car on dyno, completely warmed up, inside warmed building, no wind resistance, straight level RPMs, tires pumped up, you name it, even reports company techs allowed to fiddle the settings if mileage not satisfactory (to the builder). Unless their "tests" have been greatly modified recently, they're more fantasy than reality.
