Allen, my first thought, when you told about your short sleep periods and tiredness was that you might have sleep apnea. If so, one thing that might help is a CPAP machine. Telling you to see a doctor, may be like telling a hippie to get a haircut but do so anyway. Think about what a tractor your age might need. If you Goggle “sleep apnea” or check this link you may learn from it.
