Dan, I am using a 10,000 Warn winch. I have made my winch mount versital so it can be used for other purposes other than on my trailer. As you will see from photos. I also have a easy lift reciever on the front of several pickups so I can use the winch on them as needed. As others have mentioned running snatch block is a must!! Not only does it increase pulling capacity, BUT if need be you can pull your load left or right on trailer(if you have no steering or any other reason). the only thijng I would and am going to change on my setup is the tubing on the "T" I made, I am going to chance it to pipe, so the winch can pivot left or right depending on how I am pulling my load onto trailer.HTH Keith & Shawn
