My dad likes to remind me of the time he got on the tractor hooked up to the corn planter in our barnyard. He was taking the rig to the field to plant. Anyway, he takes off toward the field and the planter is still sitting there where he had been parked. Little 6 yr. old me had been under that tractor and pulled the pin on the drawbar. I got a not so nice lesson in the seat of my pants out of that experience. 30+ years later now and I have to watch my two sons very carefully.
