Sorry Bud, I missed this, I responded to your other thread. I have been looking at a few International Machines.A buddy upthe road form my land had a Farmall 806, and an Farmall 656. Now at the time I saw the 656 I did not know about diff lock. but the 806 DID NOT have diff lock. He wanted 6000.00 for the 806 machine which is a DIRECT competor to the 4020. Like Ohio St. and Michigan. The 806 he had, had real steering issues and did not have diff lock. Besides whats a Torque Amplifier? He said this one he had did not have a TA but I still did not know what one is. There are alot of 4020 machines out the in the 8Kish area that are good in the major mechanical area's like transmision, Engine, reare end, Hydrolics, but usually cosmeticly bad and needs minnor mechanical work. I need something that has all the major mechincal parts working good, prefurably with a fresh overhaul. They don't seem to be that toughto run by though. But they are not prevelent to the south east, that the thing. If they are they usually ARE junk or they want a permium for them. 4020's down here seem to bring a TON of money!!!
