Hi Temp engine paint. Higher the temp rating the better. Key thing is have it blasted to bare metal or very clean with no oil or even finger prints on it to get paint to stick and stay. Don't even touch it with bare fingers after painting using gloves or plastic until paint has been heated and cured or it can lift and peel where you touched it. Lots of the BBQ grill paints will never really cure and if you touch it later it comes right off on you.
