Do the 235's come close to rubbing against each other on your truck, especiallly when loaded? I think the thing is if I go with 85 series they don't have to quite as wide to have the same load capacity as 75 series and will be less likely to rub; the tire will be skinnier but taller and might wear a little better. But it sounds like you've done well with yours. The problem with the studs and nuts could be that some of them use a tapered cone nut and some used flat nuts. I'll keep looking and checking. I don't know what they're gonna ask for junk-yard rims, I know brand new is probably close to $100 each; so the cost factor is one appeal of staying with the old rims, which are in very good shape.
