Had it done at an industrial galvanizing shop, which normally treats all kinds of steel structures, both large and small. Would be pleased to give you the address, but I'm afraid you are not interested in the address of this facility in The Netherlands. It cost US$ 120 for four rims of my Super A (sand blasting not included). The sand blasting should be done very thoroughly. Rust is not so much of a problem since that will be etched off but remains of paint are detrimental. Bear in mind that rims were originally electroplated with zinc; not hot dip galvanized. The latter is more durable.
