i heard orrin samuelson say once some wether man ? had done a study of weather 50 years in past and compared to weather at same weather stations in present day . at several of them at what had been edge of town or city was now in middle of town or city . parking lots , houses , stores , schools , malls .
in some cases he had to go 50 miles away so environment was same as 50 ago .
not much if any changes over time of his study
