the best way to do this, and I have done a LOT, is to burn down around the horn untill there is a golden colour around the whole thing, then pop the cap off the horn, it may not be easy but it will come (do this with the iron also) then burn the horn down some more.. not around the horn this time, but just the horn itself... but be VERY carfull with the kids, they have small heads and you can get them hot enought to kill off parts of there brains.. if ya' need any more info give me a holler, steerboy89 at hotmail dot com
