For something that new there won't be any problems, and 100,000 isn't all that many miles now a days. I've got an 88 F150 that's almost got 200,000 on it running only regular oil and it still doesn't burn any.

Don't think there would be any problems going from synthetic to regular again. The only problem I have ever heard much about with synthetics is that they tend to find leaks that you didn't know existed before. ON a 2003 I wouldn't worry about it.
